Santos FC have reported Chelsea to FIFA about the latter’s approached to the Brazilian club’s prized football wizard Neymar.
Last year, Chelsea was entangled in a legal battle over French forward Gael Kakuta. The English club reportedly persuaded the teenager to break his contract at Lens.
Chelsea was fined and banned from buying and selling players, but had successfully overturned the UEFA transfer embargo.
