Neymar da Silva Santos or just simply Neymar is a Brazilian future soccer star. He is the most highly rated Brazilian recently that many labeled him as the “New Pele” or New “Robinho”.
But with the scoring feat he did for his present club Santos FC, he can be called the “New Ronaldo” as well. He scored 5 goals in one game which ended 8-1. In 2010 Campeonato Paulista, he amassed 14 goals in 19 games.
He will play for Brazil in a friendly game against the USA on August 10, 2010. So keep an eye on him.

Rio Miyaichi is a 17 year old Japanese who did a trial in Arsenal and Ajax this month.
Based on the video below. Miyaichi has an accurate passing, good pacing, but he can be selfish at times. He dribbles the ball when he should have passed it to an open team mate.
Nevertheless, the kid is a good prospect.
Danny Welbeck is set to be loaned to Sunderland for a season. He is below the pecking order, with Wayne Rooney, Berbatov, and Javier Hernandez all ahead of him.
Welbeck may play together with Darren Bent or as an option to give the latter some rest.
He also called Super Mario because of his admirable footballing skills despite his young age. But, lately, Mario Balotelli is preposterous in his salary demands. Manchester City could only offer him £65,000 a week, but the Inter Milan teenager wants £180,000 a week.
Too high for his age and skill level. Probably higher than the present salaries of Carlos Tevez and Adebayor.

Thomas Müller (or Mueller) a virtually unknown German footballer that quickly became a household name after he scored two heartbreaking goals against England in the round of 16 in 2010 World Cup.
Müller started his youth career with TSV Pähl, and at age 10 he joined Bayern Munich and now playing for the first team of the latter German club.
Still 20 years old, and i’m pretty sure his name would be in all sports pages in the years to come. Bigger clubs are surely wanting him. Stay tuned.

In a recent article entitled “Promotors have high hopes for FB Edmonton,” Curtis Stock mentions that “…Instead of the other way around, we are bringing the European concept to Edmonton, ‘It’s never been done before.’” – Curtis is directly referring to the soccer ceiling that Canada currently experiences, and their initiative to promote an elite soccer force out of Edmonton. Using Joe Petrone (Alberta Canadian Soccer Player) as a prime example, he implies his absence from the World Cup is tragic. The article promotes a higher level of soccer status out of Canada. In tandem, the U.S. is currently attempting a bid at hosting the 2018 World Cup, hoping to drive more attention to the glorified European sport.
The overall pursuit of a greater soccer following in the Americas has caused an eruption of recent news. Moreover, efforts by some reputable figures are already underway for the 2018 bid. Counselor to President Bill Clinton, Doug Band, has officially accepted an request to join the Board of Directors for the USA Bid Committee in its effort to bring the FIFA World Cup™ to the United States in 2018 or 2022. This is demonstrative of a rally cry, one that has yet to be heard by a greater soccer audience.
The game of soccer is respected greatly throughout Europe because it’s caught in the crosshairs of early tradition and culture. Variations of the game date back to over 3000 years ago.[1].
The World Cup is the most widely-viewed sporting event in the world.[2] It’s with this simple fact that we must revive the once heavy pounding heartbeat of fútbol in the U.S./Canada by hosting the event on American Grounds. The U.S. is home to some of the largest arenas and has the ability to house enormous numbers as they did back in 1994, which is enough reason to host such a widely viewed event.
