Rafa Benitez signed 19 year old David Ngog for £1.5m

French player David Ngog played for PSG last season. Although he only managed to score 1 goal in 18 games, but he was a consistent goalscorer in the under 19 and all under age international games for France.

With quick speed, he has a chance to play in the first team this coming season. But if he sucks, he could be on the transfer list in the next couple of years for £5million, haha.
