Rafael Da Silva - Manchester United
Brazilians in the English Premier League is gradually growing in number. Brazilians are a class act, and Rafael Da Silva is one.
He has a twin brother named Fabio also playing for Man United, and playing the position opposite him, at left back.
He joined Manchester United in July 2008. Currently, busying himself in the Reserve Lineup, but was surprisingly picked over Wes Brown in their Champions League match against Aalborg last September 30, 2008.
From a post match interview at ESPN:
“We have great hopes for the lad,” said Ferguson. “He has impressed us a lot.
“Some people might have been a bit surprised I picked him over Wes Brown but I feel the boy has something special.”
This kid has potential, but is not playing for Brazil senior team yet.
